Um, we can not have deamon lords from multiple chaos gods, they don't get along and will fight for dommencey over the area. Theres also the fact of when makeing army list for 40k you are limeted to one deamon lord for every 2000 points.
I'm sure you know how large a Blood Thrister is.... The Blood Thrister is the most powerful unit in the Warhammer univerise. Fine to have one.
Deamon prince's are something else, they are like a Force Commander for Space Marines. Of course there should be at least one of these.
-----------
Another thing is this. We don't want to give an impresstion that the hero/player is of godly size. So if we do have a Blood Thrister to fight, will need to have an event to happen to add some AI help for the players party.
-----------
Thus the reason for the poll, to see if theres enough people that want it in.

look u can have a small battle with the blood thirster and then once the thing is at half health or somtin have an orbital ship shoot it or a basilik tank shoot it.and for the basilik idea just have the main character and his team meet up with some imperial guards men before u have to fight the blood thirster andget them to say thell shoot it once its health is low anough ;D

A SMALL BATTLE! Ya right the party will most likely have to use some vehicals or something to kill/hurt it. And Shadowraith had an idea about fighting with the Bloodthirster, but I'm not going to say it here just incase it gets into the game. Talk to me on MSN and I'll tell you there O and how long should this poll go on for?

Getting it in really isn't the problem. Haveing the player and his party fight it with out looking godly in power is.
The only way would to get the stationed Imperial units to help greatly.
Blood Thrister can easily chop thru ranks of combatents.

that or what you said before, get the Tyranids to help. You said a Hive Tyrant & Carnifex could stand toe to toe for a bit.

I think the character and his/her party should be able to fight the Bloodthirster, with tanks or soemthing, but if they just watched it fight some army and thats it it would be pretty boering
